I’ve never seen creativity as one discipline. For me, the real work has always been about understanding what each moment calls for—and meeting it with the right perspective, the right idea, and the right execution. That takes listening, intuition, and the ability to shift gears without losing sight of the goal.Working in a market like Winnipeg, where branding, campaigns, and identity often overlap, I learned to lead concept development, guide visual direction, and—when needed—roll up my sleeves and get the job done. That kind of versatility isn’t about multitasking.
